    I would like to recognize Kaitlyn Jones from the Estero store. Without her we would not have a beautiful new front door. She assisted us every step of the way and kept us informed by email and phone.     Lowe’s is my #1 store to shop since I have recently moved to Sherwood, Arkansas. Our children also loves Lowe’s . I am a builder and can always find what I a looking for . The staff and employees are great there. Also having a vast amount of information and supplies most of the times or tell me they can get it to me in 2 days online. Love it !

    Purchased a LG 24 Cu ft refrigerator July 9,2019. Stanley was very knowledgeable and helpful. Set up delivery for Thursday. Men arrived on time and were amazing. Best delivery experience I have ever experienced. Clint and Johnny were courteous, skilled, and hard working. Provided water tube which I didn’t have with frig. Moved Kenmore side by side to laundry room and took ancient heavy Whirlpool to truck! They were careful to not scratch newly installed floor. These men need a raise! Hats off to the whole Lowe’s team!

    I would like to commend Stephan at Lowes Waikele branch, Hawaii for providing great customer service on 7/11/2019. I went and refill my waters and he voluntarily carried and loaded three 5 gal waters in my car. He was very helpful and always deal with customers with a smile. Great job Stephan and keep up the good work!

    Today was the third time I have been to a lowes for the same project. First time no one came to help me so I went to purchase different items. When I went to check out they only had self check out opened and it kept stopping me so I had to wait for assistance numerous times so I just left the stuff and the carriage and walked out. My second visit I waited in carpet section 15 minutes after push the call button and no one came so I took the roll of carpet off the holder and brought it to the service desk and everyone just looked at each other dumbfounded and none of the 3 could assist so I walked away again.
    Today I went to another store and decided to but carpet tiles 2′ x 3′ and wanted 10. Guess what there were only self check out registers opened and it would not let me scan the tiles without the register wanting me to put them on a bag. The person working to cover the registers barely spoke English so not 1 but 2 others came to help her with my issue. And proceeded to argue with me. Finally we were able to make the purchase. Unfortunately all stores are going to self checkout so they can eliminated jobs. It us unfortunate that one has to go through such a hassle at all your stores. It makes me want to shop elsewhere but it is the same at Home depot so I am screwed.

    After a extremely disappointing shopping experience at lowes on Saturday morning July 13, 2019 I am not even able to get the customer survey to work. The shopping experience was one of the worst we have experienced. 6 AM in the morning and lumber stock was terrible. When asked about specific size boards all my husband was told about them was that Lowes no longer carries them.
    Then when he did find a few items he wanted to buy the boards were twisted and of terrible quality. Get much better service and quality lumber at Menards

    We’ve shopped here for many years and keep returning because we’re always satisfied. Today we put in an order for shutters which we have one of the rooms in our home. The woman we were familiar with was very accommodating! Another woman tried to wait on us but didn’t know her right from her left so we went with KATHY! Now we wait for the next appointment with someone to come and measure our windows. We return to Lowe’s for our household needs. Thank you

    Jackie provided EXCELLENT customer service! The department was very busy and short-staffed, yet she went above and beyond what she needed to do, with excellent follow-up! Even when she was having to multi-task because more personnel were needed, she greeted everyone with a smile and a can-do attitude.

    If you’re going to make people check themselves out at the self-checkout Lane because you don’t want the staff the registers, please at least use people that aren’t bitches and to actually know something about the products. I’m tired of going to your store and seeing no cashiers and having to check myself out only to run into a problem with the stupid fucking checkout system and then having some bitch act like I’m putting her out because I need assistance. I’m not going to your stupid fucking stores anymore, I’m going to start going exclusively to home Depot.

    As I entered your Woodbridge NJ store at 6:15 am I met Bob who had a big smile and a cheerful greeting directed me to have some keys made and again assisted me at check out. you have a great staff.

    I came into Lowes today to purchase Crafstman System Suitcase at the 9851 Magnolia Ave Store in Riverside CA. Online was showing 5 in stock but for some reason the Craftsman tool box was not on the floor stock. After talking with Sarah and George F. they did great going all over store looking for the supplus stock and getting other associates involved looking for them also. They where able to find the 5 tool boxes with the on coming supervisor. I like the fact that they made a great effort locating the supplus. I always like the service at Lowes.

    Typically love Lowe’s. Worst experience ever waited an hour for an order they couldn’t find. Then they ran my card so many times cc company flagged for fraud. So had to call Cc company to let them know it wasn’t fraud. Then couldn’t find anyone to load it so started to do it myself, btw this is a carport where each box weighs at least 150 lbs. then call customer service and they said oh I’m sorry can I offer you 10% off of future $250 spent. I said you want me to come back and spend $250 more to get 10% off. You know I can just go online and get that coupon. Guess I’ll start going to Home Depot, that was a disaster.

    I recently ordered online, requested home delivery, the day it was suppose to be delivered was a nightmare, every person from Lowes online was DISRESPECTFUL, smart mouthed when I called to check on my delivery, they didnt know anything about it & when I asked what was goin on, they literally lied to me, & then tried to make me feel bad, especially the last person I talked to, he was awful & mean spirited & evasive, finally the Lowes in Beckley found my merchandise without any help from the people online,I ended up having to pick up my merchandise, your online people give Lowes a very very bad name !!
